Easy Peanut Butter Pie (by Courtney)
If you love peanut butter and dessert, this is the treat for you!

(1) Store bought pie crust
1 Cup - Confectioners' Sugar
1/2 Cup - Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 Package_ Pudding (chocolate or vanilla)
Materials:
Pie Tin
Spatula
Directions:
1. Open your pie crust from the store. It can be graham cracker or whatever you like.
2. Mix 1 cup confectioners' sugar and 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter with spatula and spread in bottom of crust.
3. Make a package of vanilla or chocolate instant pudding as directed on package,
4. Spread pudding above the peanut butter and sugar mixture.
5. You can decorate it with Reeses Pieces, chocolate chips...or try it with bananas!
Easy Chocolate Cookies (by Lindsey)
Quick chocolate cookie recipe. You can make them small and sandwich them with frosting or make them large and serve them with ice cream.

Ingredients:
1 (19.8 ounce) package brownie mix
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
3/8 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
Materials:
Medium mixing bowl, cookie sheets, rolling pin, oven :)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the brownie mix and dry instant pudding. Add the oil and eggs; mix until well blended. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls. Place the cookies 2 inches apart onto the cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 6 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until firm. I think they are best if removed when the middle is still soft.
4. Cool on cookie sheets for 1 minute before removing to wire racks.
My Party Pretzel Stixs (by Diane)
These pretzels are so easy to make and lots of fun tooo. Decorate to match your party or just have fun with different toppings.

1 bag petzel stixs
1 bag chocolate chips or white chocolate chips
any kind of sprinkles, shaved chocolate, nuts, ect.
Materials:
a long narrow container or dish and wax paper to lay pretzels on after dipping and decorating.
Directions:
Put chocolate or white chips in long narrow container and microwave just until melted or melt chips in pan on stove on low heat.
Place pretzels in chocolate or white melted chips and roll until covered. Sprinkle with sprinkles or shavings or nuts and place on decorative platter and put in refrigerator until chocolate dries hard. Enjoy with all your Faithgirlz friends.

3 eggs
1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 12-ounce jar creamy peanut butter
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 cup M&M's
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup raisins, optional
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 1/2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal (not instant)

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets.
In a very large mixing bowl, combine the eggs and sugars. Mix well. Add the salt, vanilla, peanut butter, and butter. Mix well. Stir in the chocolate candies, chocolate chips, raisins, if using, baking soda, and oatmeal. Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overbake. Let stand for about 3 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool. When cool, store in large resealable plastic bags.
The Trio's Special Recipe popcorn (by Rachel)
This is super easy to make and good to eat! My friends and me; the "Trio" as we call ourselves; eat this every Friday.

1.Take the popcorn out of the plastic wrapper.
2.Put the popcorn into the microwave.
3.Set the microwave to 2 minutes to 3 minutes, depending on your microwave.
4. After the popcorn is done, take it out of the microwave.(WARNING!It will be very hot. You may wnat an adult to help you with this step)
5. Open the bag, and add the salt and pepper.
That's it!You're done!It may sound a little bit strange,but it is good!

-Lots of water
-3-4 plain tea bags (depending on how big your jug is and how strong you want it)
-1 can of frozen lemonade
-1/2 cup of sugar or 1/4 cup of honey(optional)
Materials:
-A big jug with a lid( not a 2 liter pop bottle)
-Tongs (preferrably metal) or any other long tool such as a fork, a butter knife, etc.
Directions:
1. Clean your big jug and fill it up with water.
2. Add the tea bags.
3. Set outside in the sun or on the kitchen counter to steep. (3-4 hours if steeped outside, it will take much longer if inside.)
4.Bring it inside when ready and take out the tea bags with tongs.
5. Add the frozen lemonade.
6. Give it a good, long, big shake and taste test. If you want it sweeter, add the sugar or the honey.
7.Give it another shake if you added sugar(if you left out the sugar don't shake it), add ice, and enjoy!

3 cups flour

1 cup milk or cream
1 teaspoon salt
9 bananas
For topping:
2 cups peanuts
1 cup cocoa
1 cup boiling water

1. Get out a mixing bowl or use stand mixer.
2.Preheat your oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
3. Add the flour, butter, milk or cream, salt,and bananas.
4.Bake the munchies for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
For topping:
1. Turn on the stove and put the saucepan on burner; add water. You will need to let the water boil.
2. Add the cocoa and cook for 7 to 8 minutes until thick.
3. When done, add the cocoa to the bowl last so your munchies don't get soggy.
4. Put the munchies on a plate and serve when cooled completely.

This is a really fun recipe to make and it tastes almost like chocolate cake. It was a huge hit with my family when my mom and I made it together

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup canola or olive oil
3/4 cup honey
2 eggs or 4 egg whites
1 cup mashed ripe banana (about to medium sized bananas)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt

1.Measure and set aside chocolate chips.
2.Blend yogurt and baking soda in a small bowl and set aside.
3.Blend oil, honey, eggs or egg whites, mashed banana, and vanilla in a large bowl in the given order.
4.Thoroughly blend whole wheat flour and salt together in a medium bowl
5. Alternately blend dry ingredients and yogurt mixture into liquid ingredients, folding in chocolate chips last.
6.Pour mixture into greased loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes.
7.Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Then remove loaf and lay it on its side on a cooling rack. Cool completly before slicing

My Triple Chocolate Brownies are a whole new treat for people to enjoy for a holiday an occasion or just on a regular day. I love them and so does my family. I shared them with my friends and they thoght they delocios.

Ingredients:
3 sticks plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
12 ounces best-quality bittersweet chocolate
6 eggs
1 � cups superfine sugar
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 � cups plus 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
� cup white chocolate buttons, chips, or morsels
� cup semisweet chocolate buttons, chips, or morsels
Approximately 2 teaspoons confectioners� sugar for garnish
Materials:
Baking tin [approximately 11 � inches by 9 inches also followed by 2 inches], sides and base lined with baking parchment
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a large heavy based pan over a low heat.
In a bowl or large measuring jug, beat the eggs together with the superfine sugar and vanilla extract.
Allow the chocolate mixture to cool a little, then add the egg and sugar mixture and beat well. Fold in the flour and salt. Then stir in the white chocolate buttons or chips, and the semisweet chocolate buttons or chips. Beat to combine then scrape and pour the brownie mixture into the prepared tin.
Bake for about 25 minutes. You can see when the brownies are ready because the top dries to a slightly paler brown speckle, while the middle remains dark, dense and gooey. Even with such a big batch you do need to keep checking on it: the difference between gooey brownies and dry ones is only a few minutes. Remember, too, that they will continue to cook as they cool.
To serve, cut into squares while still warm and pile up on a large plate, sprinkling with confectioners' sugar pushed with a teaspoon through a small sieve.
Yogurt Fruit Salad (by Claire)
It's a yummy fruit salad mixed with sugar and yogurt.

2 cups of yogurt (the flavoring is your choice)

1. Chop up the fruit, measure out 1. Measure 1/2 cups of each fruit, and put the fruit in the bowl.

3. Measure 2 teaspoons of the sugar and sprinkle it over the bowl. Make sure you get it over all the food.
4. Take the spoon and mix it all together. When it looks yummy, you can dig in!

2 bars butter, 2/3 cups sugar, blend together. in another bowl 1 cup flour 1/3 cup coco powder,1 1/2 teaspoon bakind powder, orange zest, 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup corn meal. add both those together and mix put dough in fridge for 30 min first wrap in plastic wrap. when done in fridge cut in half and roll to about 1 centimeter high and cut circle to the size u wud like your cookies. Put on non-stick cookie sheet bake on 350 for 10-15 min.

3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons about two inches apart onto prepared sheet. bake eight to ten minutes or until edges are lightly browned. cool one minute; remove to wire rack. cool completely.

Microwave uncovered on High for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon re-sealable plastic bags. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake until evenly coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refigerator.

First you grab a pan and put it on the stove set it to 4-5 or medium heat then pour just a bit of olive oil in it then take your bowl and crack 3 to 4 eggs in it whisk it till its just orange then take the zucchini (you may need your parents to help with this) and cut it into thin[not too thin] slices then put then in the pan sprinkel them with garlic salt or garlic powderand a bit of salt and pepper after the zucchini slices look pretty clear turn them over with the fork or prongs then pour the beated eggs over them. sprinkle some parmasan cheese on the eggs (you can find parmasan already grated at the store we use kraft parmasan) turn the heat down to low, 2-3,then wait for the egg to look ready all the way through[turn it up to 5 if you have to] then take it off with the spatula and put it on a plate [this is not a good recipe for a school morning beacause it takes 10 minutes or longer I hope you enjoy this recipe. Peel then cut bannana into rounds about a 1/2 to a 1/4 inch thickness and set rounds flat side down onto peanut butter covered side of tortilla. Lay one tortilla ontop of another so that the edges are aligned and so that peanut butter, bannanas and creamcheese are facing one another. Place skillet onto burner. Place tortillas onto skillet and let cook until the buttered side has brown spots and patches on it and tortilla is crispy. Flip with spatulla and let opposite side cook. Once cooked, use spatulla to move quesidilla onto cutting board to cool. Cut into quaters after about three minutes with knife and enjoy!

Bake at 350F degrees for 30 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for another 30 minutes. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

1In food processor, combine the flour, salt, cayenne and baking powder.
2Pulse several times to mix.
3Add the butter and cheese, then pulse for about 30 seconds, or until the ingredients are well mixed (it should resemble slightly moist flour).

5Remove the dough from the food processor, form into a ball, then cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

7Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or coat it with cooking spray.
8On a lightly floured counter, roll out the dough into a large rectangle about 1/8-inch thick.

3 tablespoons sour cream or creme fraiche
Directions
1In food processor, combine the flour, salt, cayenne and baking powder.
2Pulse several times to mix.
3Add the butter and cheese, then pulse for about 30 seconds, or until the ingredients are well mixed (it should resemble slightly moist flour).
4Add the sour cream and pulse on and off for about 1 minute, or until the ingredients come together as a moist, doughy clump.
5Remove the dough from the food processor, form into a ball, then cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
6Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
7Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or coat it with cooking spray.
8On a lightly floured counter, roll out the dough into a large rectangle about 1/8-inch thick.
9Trim the edges to create a neat rectangle.
10Using a knife or a pizza cutter, cut the dough into strips 6 inches long and about 1/2 inch wide.
11Combine the scraps and repeat with remaining dough to make about 18-24 sticks.
12Gently twist each strip to create a spiral, then arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
13Bake for 8 minutes, or until lightly browned.

1 cup of strawberries
1 bottle or can of chocolate sauce
10 ice cubes

I start by making Ben and Jerry's Sweet Cream Ice Cream Base, which is the following:
*2 large eggs
*3/4 cup sugar
*2 cups heavy or whipping cream
*1 cup milk
Now for the ingridients I mix into the ice-cream base. You can do many things to the base, but this is what I put in.
*Mint Extract (a few tablespoons will do)
*Store bought or fresh cookie dough
*chocolate chips or chunks
*Fudge (put in before freezing)
Now you need to freeze the ice cream!

Directions: Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, which takes about 2 minutes. Whisk in the sugar little by little, then continue to whisk for about 1 minute until completely blended. Then, whisk in the cream and milk, and then blend.
To "still-freeze", put the mixture into the two cake pans and add the fudge!
Put into freezer until the mixture is kind of slushy in the middle, but firm around the edges, naormally about 20-45 minutes. Remove from freezer and stir with the wooden spoon. Repeat this process 1 or 2 more times until completly frozen. Soften in the refridgerator before serving. Enjoy!

3. Cut the dough in half and wrap one portion. Roll out the rest thinly to a rectangle on a lightly floured surface or use a pasta machine. Cover with a clean, damp dish towel and repeat with the remaining pasta.

8 slices of stale bread (trust me on the stale it's the pro. way)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
a splash of milk
makes 4 servings(two slices for each person)

Set the temperature to medium. While heating whisk your eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl, to make a custard. When almost ready use your butter or Pam to dress the pan. Now, you'll take the bread and dip it in the custard. When the bread is covered, put it in the pan. Use your spatula to flip the bread before it's burnt. While you're on other batches, put the ones that are done on a plate and cover them with tin foil to trap the heat. By the way, I'm actually writing this in Paris!

An omlette in a bag is really fun, my opa taught it to me, because he makes them when he's camping or hunting. They are really easy to make and healthy! I give credit of this meal to my opa who taught it to me.

Put all of the ingredients in the ziplock bag. (This is handy because everybody can have what they want in their own mini omlette)
Squish all of the ingredients together in the bag
Boil some water in the pot
Place each bag in with the salad tongs
Keep checking them
When they are the consistency you like (preferably not runny) take them out of the pot with the salad tongs
Open the ziplock bag and let the omlette slide out onto the plate

Once that is done, add M&Ms on the top scoop to give your snowman a face. 2 M&Ms for the eyes and 4 M&Ms for the mouth. Before adding in the hot chocolate, place whipped cream and chocolate sauce around the snowman's feet and legs, this is like addding in bubbles to the hot tub. Once all of these steps are done and your hot chocolate is made, slowly pour the hot chocolate into the coffe mug. Gradually, your snowman will melt. And last, but not least, enjoy your creation!

A stirring spoon (long enough so that it will fit in the pitcher)
Directions:
Fill the pitcher with the 2 quarts of cold water. Place the tea bags in the water and let sit for 2 minutes. Dispose of tea bags and then mix in the lemon juice and the sugar. Stir all ingredients together well. Put in the sprig of mint and let refrigerate for at least 20 minutes (can be refrigerated for up to 12 hours). Serve with ice in the glasses. Enjoy!

6 cups of Rice Crispies cereal
1 bag of large marshmallows
1/4 cup of butter.

1. Melt 1/4 cup of butter in the pan.
2. Pour the whole bag of marshmallows into the pan and melt those. Keep stirring with the wooden spoon so the marshmallows don't burn.
3. Once melted, turn off burner. While they cool down a bit, measure out 6 cups of Rice Crispies cereal.
4. Pour the cereal into the big bowl. Mix in the melted marshmallows. (Make sure you use the oven mit so you don't burn yourself. Some pot handles get very hot if they re made of metal.)
5. Make sure you have washed your hands, and then mix everything together with your hands in the big bowl until there are no dry Crispies left.
6. Then put everything in the 9x13x2" pan and make as even as possible.
7. Once the mixture is cooled, you can cut them, and, bon apetite!

Directions:
1. Spread the margarine on one side of the flour quesadillas.
2. Put the quesadilla butter side down on the heated skillet, and spread a little less than a table spoon of pizza sauce on half of the side of the quesadilla that's facing up.
3. Now sprinkle the cheese ontop of the sauce.
4. Next, you place some slices of pepperoni on top of that. Remember, you are still only using half of the side that's facing up on the skillet.
5. Now, using the spatula, or flipper, Flip the other side of the quesadilla on top of the side that you covered.
6. Finally, use your spatula to fout your pizza quesadilla on a plate. It should look like a folded quesadilla or a pocket, whichever way that you want to put it. Enjoy!

Cut into desired shape with lightly floured cookie cutter or knife. Place cookie sheet and bake until lightly golden around the edges, 15 to 20 min. Cool completely on wire rack.
Icing:mix icing sugar and cranberry juice to form a pale pink icing. Keep covered until ready to use. Once cookies have cooled, decorate each cookie with the icing and allow to firm up.

This is a strawberry orange smoothie that is just the right orange, just the right strawberry. Serves three people.

Ingredients:
16 oz. bag of frozen strawberries
3 table spoons of pulp-free orange juice
1 1/2 cups yogurt
3/4 cups crushed ice
1 table spoon of white sugar
Strawberry essence to taste

Directions:
Dump the strawberries and yogurt into your blender. "Sprinkle" the orange juice around in the blender so it is well spread. Then pour the crushed ice in and sprinkle the white sugar around. Once all the ingredients are in the blender, put the blender on the highest setting and start the blending! After about ninety seconds, turn off the blender and stir it up a little. Do another ninety second blending session and then turn it off. If it feels like there is no chunks of anything, then switch the blender to the mix setting and have it mix for 60 seconds. Do a couple taste tests and add sugar/orange juice/strawberry essence to taste. When it is scrumptious, pour it out into three cups and drink up!

Melt chocolate chips butter water and powdered sugar in medium bowl in microwave for 1 min. at 70 power. Stir and spread over krispie mixture in pan. Spread remaining kripie mixture on top.Put in refrigerator.

preheat oven to 350f. Grease one 8inch square backing pan. In a medium saucepan melt butter over low heat(or melt in in microwave in a one-quart container). Remove melted butter from heat, add cocca, and stir until well blended.
Add suger and mix well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla, flour and salt. DO NOT OVERBEAT. Fold in nuts. Spread in prepared pan and bake 25-30 minutes, or until wooden toothpick tests done.

Directions:
first take our the frozen fruits. and put them in the juicer put some water or milk in the juicer too. than add the ice. and make sure you close the juicer cap and let it crush and make it kind of liquid. take it out and put it in the cups. cut a lemon into 8 pieces and get 1 of the pieces cut it from the sides and stick i on the edge of the cup put the straw in and serve in cup.

1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Mash garlic, salt and pepper in mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients (not lettuce or cheese) and whisk to combine.
