Color IS Key: Wear What You Feel!
Color can have an influence on your mood and on the way people see you. How cool is that? Match up what you're feeling OR how you'd like to feel with the questions below. Then follow the suggested color and see if it pays off!
- Need a little energy or a confidence boost?
Wear red — good for sports and times when you have to liven things up.
- Need to feel like you have it together?
White is your best bet — great for giving a speech in class, or playing in a piano recital.
- Need to state your independence?
Put on your green. It’s the perfect color for dealing with people who don’t accept your “one-of-a-kind–ness.”
- Need some calm?
Clothe yourself in light blue — perfect for babysitting or when you’re feeling jumpy.
- Need to be taken seriously?
Get into your dark blue. Wear it if you’re running for a class election or are determined to get that A in math.
- Need to be a little mysterious?
Black is your answer. Since it’s dramatic, it’s just right for play tryouts, or anytime you want to keep them guessing.
- Need a hug or really want someone to trust you?
Wear pastels (light shades of soft color). They’re the thing on days when you feel lonely or especially loveable.
