Tip 1: Hang It and Be Happy

Take good care of your stuff! Putting your shirt on a hanger or folding your jeans may sound pointless at seven in the morning when you are rushing to catch the bus, but you’ll regret it later if you don’t! Things will continue building up until all you have is an empty closet and a huge pile of clothes on the floor.

    Tip 2: Play Store

Keep your clothes organized first by category (shirts, pants, long sleeves, short sleeve, etc.), then by colors. Have fun with it and organize your closet like stores do, putting clothes together by colors or by light to dark. It will help you find things quickly and your closet will look great too!

    Tip 3: Snowpants in Summer?

Keep same-season clothes grouped together in your closet, or better yet, take clothes that are out of season and keep them in a storage bin.

Tip 4: Think Ahead or Pay for It Later

Washing and cleaning your clothes and shoes is important to have a great wardrobe. Read the labels before you buy anything, just to make sure you have the time and patience (hand washing takes time; dry cleaning takes money) to maintain the items you choose.

Tip 5: Create Your Own Showcase

Hang a bulletin board in your closet or on your wall and stick all your earrings in it so that you can see with one glance all the choices you have. Better yet, show your creativity by first covering the bulletin board with fun fabric, ribbons, and other decorations before you start sticking stuff on it.

    Tip 6: Keep It Healthy

Using old cosmetics and dirty makeup or brushes can lead to breakouts or even infections. So, label your makeup and bathroom products with the date you opened them using a permanent marker. Keep your makeup and bathroom products in a plastic bag and store in a cool place. If anything starts to smell bad, gets a weird texture, or separates into layers, throw it away!

    Faithgirlz Tip #5

Do you want to show real beauty? Not by organizing clothes, but organizing kind acts! Write a list of people's names (probably about nine and mostly enemies or people who are mean to you for God says 'love your enemies' and try to any small kind act to them during the day. Carry it around with you in your pocket or sleeve (best is pocket) with a pen and cross out everyone you do a kind act to on your list one by one on your list! At the end of your day see how well you've done. Every 2 days, increase the number of people on you list by one! (IT DOESN'T JUST HAVE TO BE MEAN PEOPLE!) If you have a journal, stick them into it, or file them away in a folder, pocket pouch, little box or big box and go to it everyday and compare them. See how well you've done and if you've completed the whole list. Show your parents and remember, you're not just giving but receiving because God said in the bible 'If you do good, you are storing up treasures in heaven and he says you should store up treasures in heaven, not in earth where thieves can steal and the treasures can rust! So for it, by following this cool program, made up by me! Yay! As I'm showing you this, I'm storing up a treasure in heaven! You can too!

    Faithgirlz Tip #9

Have you got loads of books cluttering your bookcase? Can't find the book you want to read? Well, first of all, sort out your books by finding the books you don't like, or never read and put them in a box. The books you do want to read, rearrange them nicely in your bookcase- such as Faithgirlz books, put them all together so that if you wanted to read one of the Faithgirlz books, you'd know where to look. With the unwanted books, give them to a second hand shop! Other people might enjoy more than you do! Doing this also gives you part of the satisfaction of being organized.
    – Jess, age Age 14

    Faithgirlz Tip #10

Call the organization police! You need to learn how to keep all your schedules and homework properly. How to? First you find two folders. Label them Schedule and Homework. Put your homework into the homework file, and if you have anything going on, write it down and put it in your Schedule file. That way your life won't be so jumbled up. How about trying to rid the habit of shoving papers in your bag straight?
