If your total was between 6 and 9, your diet has some pretty big nutrition holes in it. You’re probably not getting very many of the things you need to be strong and healthy and to grow as much as you need to. You may even get sick often. That can be fixed. Check out Faithgirlz! Body Talk by Nancy Rue, or a book like it, to see nutrition guidelines and healthy (and yummy) menu alternatives. It’s great that you are taking the time to think about this now and with a little education you can certainly get yourself on a healthier track.
If your total is between 10 and 14, you’re getting some of the things from food that you need for health and growth, but you would feel better and have more energy if you ate more nutritious foods. You need to think a little harder about your food choices.
If your total is between 15 and 19, you have a pretty healthy diet, and it probably shows in how you feel and how much energy you have. Even if you didn’t change a thing, you’d be healthy and strong.
If your total is between 20 and 24, you’re very unusual for your age! You have an excellent chance of being in amazing physical shape. It’s okay by the way to treat yourself to a little fun “kid food” once in a while. Keep up the great habits!
